Shipping Information

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia-wide for all orders under 3kg.
For orders over 3kg, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and location.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your parcel is on its way — just a heads-up, these emails often land in junk or spam folders, so be sure to check there too.

If you're in a rural or remote area, delivery may take a little longer — please allow up to 10 business days for final delivery.

Transit Cover (Optional but Recommended)

We recommend adding Transit Cover at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit (within 30 days). If anything goes wrong and Transit Cover was selected, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

If Transit Cover is not added, we unfortunately cannot be held liable once your parcel is handed over to the courier.
